  1. Excessive reliance on leaders slows down the decision-making process, blocks innovation, paralyzes employees and overloads leaders. Solutions: Highlight goals rather than execution. Talk about tools and methods, and set up training programs. Specify roles and functions. Delegate. 
  1. Some team members are marginalized, and don’t have access to collaborative resources and can’t take part in projects, which creates a cascade of disengagement. 
    Solutions: Reintegrate anyone who is marginalized by giving them a role. Emphasize inclusive values. Give everyone a voice, and make sure you don’t forget employees who are working remotely.
