1/ FIND YOUR NATURAL RHYTHM
Deep concentration is not a technique to follow but rather a state to be attained. To reach it, you must first reconnect with your natural rhythms and leverage them:
Your cognitive rhythm is unique. Some people are more alert in the morning while others do their best work in the afternoon or evening. Observe yourself and note when you find it easiest to concentrate. For the most accurate results, avoid stimulants and sedatives that mask your natural rhythm and affect cognition such as coffee, tea or cigarettes.
Vacationscan be a great time to rediscover your natural rhythms.
