Commencez par faire le point sur les objectifs auxquels vous souhaitez donner la priorité à l’avenir.
Assurez-vous que vos anciennes habitudes restent en phase avec eux – c’est le bon moment d’abandonner celles qui sont périmées.
Identifiez (au moins) une nouvelle bonne pratique amorcée pendant la crise que vous souhaitez conserver en la transformant en habitude.
