1. Révisez votre feuille de route
Les crises sont l’occasion de questionner votre stratégie. Au regard des nécessaires évolutions qu’impose un évènement improbable, votre projet est-il toujours le bon ? Parvient-il à mobiliser vos équipes ? Posez-vous les bonnes questions :
Votre organisation est-elle toujours alignée avec le projet défini, ses priorités ?
Que changeriez-vous si vous partiez aujourd’hui de zéro ? Quels seraient vos marchés, vos produits, vos services ? Quelles seraient vos missions clés, votre culture d’entreprise, votre organisation ? Vos collaborateurs et vos managers devraient-ils être renouvelés ?
