1/ Verify sources
Question the author: Is the information from a specialist, a direct witness, or merely a person relaying content?
Seek multiple sources: Check independent sources on the same topic to detect divergences or overlaps.
Trace data origins: If info is based on a study, ensure it’s peer reviewed and published in a respected journal.
