Assert (without being rigid)

Saying yes to everything means losing direction. Saying no to everything means losing your team. The key? Striking a balance: stay firm on what’s essential but open to smart adjustments. The idea is not to become a tyrant, nor a pushover.

Once the decision is made, stick to it.

Hold on firmly to your convictions while remaining open to adjustments or suggestions that don’t compromise the core objectives.
Firmness doesn’t mean stubbornness. Be open to feedback, as long as it doesn’t undermine the essentials. This demonstrates your willingness to listen while remaining focused on your goals.
