<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong><strong>Vers la fin des stéréotypes genrés dans le branding?</strong></strong></h3>



<p class="has-black-color has-text-color">Les inégalités homme-femme concernent aussi les marques de produits de consommation : sans surprise, les marques identifiées comme « masculines » (type M. Propre) sont plus attrayantes. Déprimant. Mais pas immuable ! Tina M. Lowrey a trouvé un moyen relativement simple de lutter contre ce biais.  &nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p class="has-black-color has-text-color">Mauvaise nouvelle : les algorithmes, omniprésents dans nos vies, sont potentiellement discriminatoires. Bonne nouvelle : l’IA peut aussi repérer les variables à l&rsquo;origine de biais injustes. <h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong><strong>Reconnaître et réduire vos biais cognitifs pour améliorer votre prise de décision</strong></strong></h3>



<p class="has-black-color has-text-color">Notre cerveau est tellement pétri de biais cognitifs affectant nos décisions qu&rsquo;il semble impossible de s&rsquo;en débarrasser. Pourtant, une expérience récente menée par Anne-Laure Sellier laisse à penser qu’un entraînement très simple pourrait aider à les identifier afin d&rsquo;améliorer notre pouvoir décisionnel sur le terrain personnel et professionnel.</p>

<p class="has-black-color has-text-color">Avant un achat, la plupart consultent les avis d’autres clients publiés sur Internet : c’est le bouche-à-oreille électronique (ou BAOe). Il est tout à fait possible de susciter, d’entretenir et d’amplifier ce phénomène pour influencer l&rsquo;acte d&rsquo;achat. Kristine De Valck et Ana Babić Rosario ont établi un schéma du BAOe pour aider les spécialistes du marketing à en appréhender les rouages et en optimiser l’impact.</p>

<p class="has-black-color has-text-color">Certes, les femmes se sont frayé un chemin jusqu’aux secteurs traditionnellement dominés par les hommes. Pourtant, d’importantes disparités subsistent, en particulier sur les postes les mieux payés et les plus influents. Roxana Barbulescu a poussé l&rsquo;enquête au-delà des pratiques de recrutement discriminatoires et a trouvé des explications au cœur même de la culture d’entreprise. Eh oui, au 21ème siècle encore…</p>

<p class="has-black-color has-text-color">Pour mener une solide politique de protection des données personnelles, la difficulté est de s&rsquo;assurer du respect des règles en vigueur en interne comme en externe. Un nouvel outil développé par David Restrepo Amariles s&rsquo;appuie sur l’IA pour optimiser les décisions des managers de projet et les aider à intégrer la protection des données personnelles dans la conception même de leurs produits et services.</p>
