It does everything: AI also strengthens your corporate culture
Offering gains in productivity and decision-making support, AI is already meeting your expectations. But it can go even further: AI can have a positive impact on corporate culture in organizations that are already used to the technology.
More than 75 percent of the companies surveyed for a MIT Sloan Management Review and Boston Consulting Group report noted an improvement in the atmosphere in their teams, collaborative practices and collective learning since implementing AI. These gains were accompanied by an upturn in financial performance as well. Here are two examples:
- Sales teams in the Pernod Ricard group became more confident, clearer and more efficient thanks to store visit programs and recommendations generated by AI. The teams were free to supplement the recommendations with information from outside the system.
- The CBS television channel identified two indicators to be monitored and new performance motivators by putting AI to work on 50 years of data.
The technology offers more benefits to teams looking for new ways to create value than to teams who employ it simply to optimize processes. How might you take advantage of AI?
