GenIA : Triggered or terminated?
You can’t possibly have missed hearing about the pros and cons of generative AI, otherwise known as GenAI! But do you realize how much it can transform your business? Either improving your performance, disrupting it or being the death of it.
A study by Deloitte revealed that three-quarters of the 2,800 executives surveyed think that GenAI will result in major transformations in their organization over the next three years. Is the same thing going to happen to you? What kind of roadmap should you have?
- Think innovation, of course, but don’t forget collaboration. You’ll capitalize fully on GenAI if you look beyond the four walls of your organization. What kind of joint effort with different ecosystems, public bodies or peers could work?
- Focus on the human impact. The way we work and learn is going to change drastically. Are your talented people ready? AI will generate productivity gains, which you should use to train your teams.
- Pre-empt risks and good governance. GenAI means you’ll have to tackle the issue of trust in technology. What kind of governance and framework will help you lend a hand?
AI isn’t just about technology, and it calls for a holistic approach.
