Giada Di Stefano is Associate Professor of Strategy and Business Policy at HEC Paris. She holds a PhD from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy. Her research focuses on when and why firms transfer the knowledge that helps them achieve competitive advantage. She is also interested in the role that reflection plays in business and how it can lead to increased productivity and motivation in employees.
